What Personal Information Does Collect?

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and improve your experience. These are the types of information we gather:

Information You Give Us. We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your inquiries, customizing your shopping experience, improving our e-store and communicating with you.  Further, if you register an account, make a purchase join our newsletter, sign-up to receive emails, join or loyalty program or interact or register in any way on, we collect and store the information provided (with the exception of credit card numbers and credit card 3-digit security codes).  Information we do collect includes personal information such as your name, social media handle, email, telephone number and address. You may also be asked for demographic information (such as age, product preferences, beauty needs) or location information.

You may also be able to register and log-in using a social media account, including your Facebook account.  When you use a social media account to log in to, you may also be able to use some social features on our website. When logging-in via Facebook, Facebook will ask your permission to share information from your account with our website.  This may include your name, gender, profile picture, list of friends, a link to your Facebook profile, likes and other data that is part of your or your friends’ Facebook profile(s). This information is gathered by Facebook and is provided to our website under Facebook’s privacy policy terms and conditions.  In order to control the information that DC receives from Facebook, change your privacy settings in your Facebook account.

"Cookies"/Automatic Information.  We receive and store certain types of information when you interact with us.  For example, like many other sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses and other content served by or on behalf of DC on other websites.  Cookies are data files placed on a web browser like Safari or Firefox when you visit websites.  They are sent to your device to personalize your experience on our website as they enable us to recognize your device (mobile phone, laptop, etc) and provide you features served by and storage of items in places like your Shopping Cart between each visit.

DC or Its Affiliates May Collect Your Email for Purposes of Sending You Email. Subject to and in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, any privacy laws, we may collect information that you provide for purposes of sending you direct e-mail.  You always have the ability, however, to opt-out by logging into your account and changing your preferences, clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of any email we sent you or contact us directly.

Third-Party Service Providers.  We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf.  Examples include hosting our website, management of our e-store, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments and providing customer service.  These third-parties have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.  We may share information with third parties to provide you with product information and promotional and other offers, to help maintain and operate the website or for other reasons related to our business. How Secure Is Information About Me and My Visit to

We current use Shopify to operate this website.  Shopify uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which encrypts information you input.  On orders, we reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming your order and we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

Automatic Information.  Examples of the information we collect and analyze include the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information such as browser type, version and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform; the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our website, including date and time; cookie number; products you viewed, purchased or searched for; and the phone number you used to call us.  As earlier stated in this Notice, we may also use cookies, Flash cookies or data on parts of our website for fraud prevention and other purposes.
