Not happy with your Dominique order? You can return any unused item within 14 days of the purchase date marked on the packing slip. Note that shipping fees will not be refunded. Pre-paid shipping labels will not be provided for U.S. or international. Please keep in mind that colors will appear different on individuals depending on skin tone and lip pigmentation. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason. Please keep in mind once the order is placed we are unable to make any changes to it. Dominiquecosmetics.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. 

Oh No! Need to cancel? You may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received; please do not send multiple emails as this will place you at the end of the queue.
