Here at Dominique Cosmetics, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products to all of our customers. For that reason, your satisfaction and happiness are our top priority, even in the process of returning or exchanging our products. If you are not feeling completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days after your confirmed delivery.

Your satisfaction and happiness are our top priority. If or any reason you have decided to return a product, please reach out to our customer service at Support@dominiquecosmetics.com before returning your item.

If you have a problem with shipping or your order arrived in less than perfect condition, we use Route to guarantee your happiness. Route must be purchased at the time of placing your order. If you need to report an issue with a shipment, simply go to https://claims.route.com to begin the process. You will need your email address and your Route or Dominique Order Number.

Here are some more key points of our return policy:

Unauthorized Returns: Return shipping charges will be charged to your account for unauthorized returns, so please make sure to contact us at support@dominiquecosmetics.com before returning anything.

Restocking Fee: If the product(s) returned are found to be used, opened, or not in original condition with original packaging, your return will be subject to an 85% restocking fee. So do make sure to pack your returns with care.

*Please note our criteria for evaluating our returns is subjective and can depend on a case-by-case basis. 

Steps to Return: 

  1. To request return authorization for a purchase made directly on our online store, please email us at: support@dominiquecosmeics.com for return instructions.
  2. Dominique support will provide a return form for you to fill out and place in your return packaging. 
  3. Please note Dominique is not responsible for return shipping costs or reimbursement of lost packages without proof of delivery. Dominique cannot process exchanges; all returns and sales must be completed as separate transactions.
  4. Take your return package to your local shipper.
  5. Once an order is received, your items will go through a quality check which can take up to 5-7 business days. 

Shipping Cost Refund: Original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless they result from our own error. If you have reason to believe that it is an error on our part, don't hesitate to get in touch with Support@dominiquecosmetics.com so we can follow up with the issue appropriately.

Reward Points: Any Reward points earned for the product(s) being returned will be deducted from your account.

 

Route Claims Process

Your satisfaction and happiness are our top priority. That's why we use Route to guarantee your happiness. To ensure your package safety, purchase Route insurance. If there were any issues with your order (Damaged, Missing, etc.), simply go to https://claims.route.com to begin the claim process. You will need your email address and your Route or Dominique Order Number.

Here are a few things you should know about the Route claims process:

Route Claims Policies

Packages Marked as Delivered (Stolen)

  • File claims no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered
  • Orders over USD 100 require a police report

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • File claims no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (US/Canada)
  • File claims no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the previous update (International)

Damaged

  • File claims for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required)
